General

The use of this website, which belongs to the company ELYS based at Μ.ΜΠΟΤΣΑΡΗ 11 ΓΛΥΦΑΔΑ 166 75, constitutes the unconditional and complete acceptance of the "Terms of Use & Privacy Policy" section, which apply to all its content. In case of disagreement with the Terms of Use, the visitor/user must leave the website or uninstall the application and not make further use of it. The visitor/user of the website has studied, understood and fully accepted the following terms and acknowledges that he is bound by them on each visit to it. The company has the right to amend these terms at any time and without notice, announcing the respective amendments through its website. Following the announcement of the respective amendment, the use of the website shall be deemed to be acceptance of the said amendment.

A. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All content of the website/application, including, but not limited to, trademarks, distinctive titles, texts, news, photographs, images, services provided, belongs to the company and is governed by the relevant national and international provisions, mainly on Intellectual and Industrial Property, with the exception of protected rights of third parties. Therefore, it is prohibited to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, reproduce, distribute, present or otherwise use the content of the website in any way or by any means for commercial or other purposes without the prior written permission of the company.

B. User Behavior

The use of the website must be made exclusively for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or impede the use by third parties. Visitors/users must comply with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and International Law and the relevant legislation governing telecommunications and refrain from any illegal and abusive behavior that may affect other visitors/users and cause damage or malfunction to the website. In the event that the Company is involved in any dispute or is called upon to pay any kind of compensation to third parties, for reasons due to the breach of the obligations of the visitor/user, the visitor/user must compensate the Company for this reason.

C. Limitation of liability

The company, without guaranteeing and therefore without being liable, makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in the website is complete, accurate, up-to-date and clear. However, under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the company be liable for errors, omissions, or any deficiencies in the information, for delays or interruptions or inability to transmit the information or for any damage caused to the visitor/user due to the use of this information.

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of our website is governed by these Terms of Use, as defined in European and Greek legislation, as extensively stated in the Personal Data Protection Policy.

F. Applicable law – Other terms

This user agreement is governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens are exclusively competent to interpret these terms as well as to resolve any dispute arising from this user agreement. If any of the present terms is deemed to be contrary to the law, and therefore invalid or voidable, it ceases to be valid without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
