Terms of Appointment Booking


Booking an appointment through our platform implies acceptance of the following terms:

  • Appointment Confirmation: All reservations are considered provisional until confirmed by phone or email from the store.
  • Appointment Cancellation: In case you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Client Delay: In case of delay of more than 15 minutes, the store reserves the right to cancel or transfer the appointment, depending on availability.
  • Deposit: For some services, a deposit may be requested to confirm the appointment.
  • Service Changes: If you wish to change the service you have chosen, please report it in time so that the appointment time can be adjusted.
  • Personal Data: Your personal information is used exclusively to service your reservation and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
